When evaporation pans at solar salt operations reach a certain level of salinity, halophilic archaebacteria, one of the oldest life-forms on Earth, proliferate, turning the brine pink. Tilda is really something
I’m your typical girl living in your not-so-typical world. You see, I fell down a well and landed in an alternate universe where the Earth is inhabited by — you guessed it — exact replicas of my aunt’s dead parakeet. Now, anything I loved and held dear to my heart is replaced with a sentient carcass of my aunts dead parakeet… but that’s just my luck :P
